How can I choose the correct size?

Review the measurements and size notes on the product page before ordering. Measure the intended bed, pillow, sofa, table, or storage area and compare those measurements with the listed dimensions.

Will colors look exactly the same as they do on my screen?

We aim to display colors accurately, but monitors, phones, lighting, fabric texture, and production batches can create small visual differences.

How should I care for textile products?

Follow the care label attached to the item and the guidance shown on the product page. Washing method, water temperature, drying, ironing, and stain treatment may differ by material.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to assist before fulfillment begins, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipment preparation.
